WEST Malvern played New Inn on Saturday in a Worcester League Division One fixture.
WEST MALVERN 3, NEW INN 2000 0
The game never reached any great heights but the West had a comfortable lead at half time.
The first goal came after ten minutes when good work between Lee Tracey and Dan Sullivan resulted in Dan Sullivan's shot being parried by the keeper and Dougie Hawes was there to deal with the rebound.
The West continued to create chances and it was no surprise when after 25 minutes Lee Tracey made it two.
The game continued with West Malvern doing most of the attacking and on the 40th minute Lee Tracey was on hand once again to score number three.
The second half never really took off with New Inn preferring to argue with the referee and use delaying tactics. The referee finally lost his patience after 70 minutes and booked three of the New Inn players and to make matters worse New Inn then had their centre half sent off.
Tomorrow (Saturday) the West travel to play Lamb & Flag, players meet Eurohaus 2pm.
On Tuesday night West Malvern will have played their last home game when they entertain Hanley.
West Malvern would like to thank Reg and Anne for all their kind hospitality this season and are sponsored by Amey.
