RE Phill Tromans' article on the proposed M50 junction (Malvern Gazette & Ledbury Reporter, April 25)
The Hanley Swan public meeting on April 3 showed the site, which as yet is only suggested, as being some way from that part of the road referred to and signposted as Sledge Green.
This meeting was well attended, both by public and professional people, and was in response to requests from councillors, both county and district. Upton councillors should not criticise it. In no way does it detract from their concerns over Upton's vast flood area.
How many Upton representatives brought up this matter at the councillors' forum, which was chaired, very well too, by Coun Bob Bullock, on February 11 or even bothered to attend it?
