I'M flattered that B J Knowles has picked on me (You Say, Friday, April 25), from the scores of correspondents who have written over the past three years objecting to Worcestershire County Council's plans for Christopher Whitehead High School.
But to suggest that I'm a lone voice flies in the face of postings to the campaign website - cwhs.users.
btopenworld.com/contact - and of the Evening News' article on Bedwardine local election issues the very next night.
I'm concerned that, based on the letter, people may form the impression that I am connected with the UK Independence Party.
For the record, I have no connection with any political party or group.
The issue is not straightforwardly party-political and is being determined by individual members from all parties, acting according to their own personal and political agendas.
PAUL SAUNDERS,
Worcester.
