MY husband visited the Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Monday, April 14, and we were appalled at the car parking problem. My appointment was for 3pm.
We arrived at 2.30pm and it was absolutely hectic, with cars all over the place even on the pink walkway through the car park.
Why ever did they have to lay out all those unsightly gardens?
They not only look horrible, but people have to be paid to keep them up. All this could have been extra parking.
The staff and doctors do an excellent job, but the organisation leaves something to be desired. My appointment was 3pm.
I was called in for a test I had already had last November.
At 4.05pm I was called, saw the doctor who was very nice, then it was down to pharmacy for medicine where I was told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. There were at least 20 staff working in there.
I just hope the powers-that-be who built and designed it never have cause to go there either as a patient or visitor.
