FALKLANDS war veteran Simon Weston has helped to celebrate the success of 10 managers from power supplier npower.
The managers, pictured above with Mr Weston, had successfully completed a Diploma in Management Studies.
A celebratory lunch was held recently at The Pear Tree Inn, Smite, near Worcester, for the graduates.
Half of the graduates are based at npower's Worcester head office, in Warndon, in a variety of departments.
"Each individual has grown in their management capabilities as a result of the programme," said Alec Rudd, npower's organisation development manager.
"And all the projects they managed add value to npower and our service to our customers."
At the lunch, Mr Weston gave a short speech about how he had managed to overcome his disabilities, combat change and achieve success.
