Harriers held onto their one goal advantage comfortable during the first-half with Rovers adopting a surprisingly defensive formation for the final game of the season.
However, there was a nervous moment for the home side on 39 minutes when keeper Brock had to claw away a towering Parker header from Hodges left-wing corner.
But otherwise Harriers had few problems thought they struggled to create anything against their lowly visitors following their first goal.
