ARRESTS have been made after the body of a 25-year-old man was discovered at a bedsit in Worcester.
Christopher Woolley's body was found at the flat on Avon Road, Tolladine, on Friday.
A police spokesman confirmed arrests had been made but was unable to give any more information as the Evening News went to press.
The investigation is being supervised by the Police Complaints Authority, because Mr Woolley died while on police bail.
He had been arrested at 7.45pm on Thursday, May 1, in connection with an assault and taken to Worcester police station.
Officers became concerned about his welfare and took him to A&E at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The 25-year-old was released on police bail on Friday and taken to his home at 12.30pm.
His body was found at 2pm, but police are unable to release details about who made the discovery.
No details from a post mortem carried out at the weekend have been released.
Residents have spoken of their shock and concern at the death, describing Mr Woolley as a polite man who kept himself to himself.
