BY adopting the name of our beloved scribe, it would appear that the George Cowley Experience has won thousands of pounds worth free publicity and piles of space to publicise their events courtesy of the letters editor and columnist, the good man himself, John Phillpott.
But I do question the motives behind all this carry on.
Is it, fame, money... . or a case of, if you see a good thing, go for it?
It puzzles me and I would be interested to hear other readers' views.
