Our social evening on April 10 was enjoyed by all. Following the good news that we had won our fifth skittle match, and an account of our WI business, Brenda, our secretary, prepared us for a stimulating time. Our projects were to design an Easter Card with material provided, also to paint a hen's egg. This was followed by very welcome refreshments, including cheese and wine and a general knowledge quiz. Prizes of Easter eggs went to the lucky winners and our competition, our favourite brooch, concluded a lively evening.
