TOTS will enjoy hours more play thanks to the generosity of a group of professional women.
The Bromsgrove and Redditch Soroptimists donated sacks full of toys to their two chosen organisations, the Women's Refuge and Supervised Visits for Children. The group, headed by president Gail Teague, presented the goodies to Paul Brotherton, of Supervised Visits for Children, before visiting the Women's Refuge.
"The toys were bought through a variety of means from fundraising to clearing out our lofts, " said Gail. Soroptimists International is a worldwide organisation, with groups of professional women who work to advance the status of women.
The Bromsgrove and Redditch branch meet at the Perry Hall Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Kidderminster Road every second Thursday of the month. For further details email Gail at lgteague@totalise.co.uk
