REDDITCH police said a woman driver who escaped a car crash with just cuts was very lucky to have not been more seriously hurt.
The collision happened close to Clarks Motor Service on Washford Drive at about 8.45am last Wednesday and involved a silver Suzuki Baleno, a Daf truck and a Ford Transit van.
The Suzuki was trapped underneath the lorry and the fire brigade were initially called to cut free the woman.
The ambulance service was also notified but the woman was able to free herself from the car and only had cuts from broken glass.
She was taken to the Alexandra Hospital, treated and discharged.
