ATHLETICS: Amazing Feet Running Club secretary Richard Baker secured two finishes in 24 hours as he made his comeback from a long racing absence.
Baker ran the Crowle Gunpowder Plot 10km in a time of 48 minutes two seconds on Sunday before tackling the May Day five-miler in Coventry in 37-40.
Heather Harrison (48-54) and Gordon Sims (48-56) also ran at Crowle in hot and windy conditions.
Samantha Hatton completed the Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford.
John Amos and Mark Pearman retired through injury, leaving Hatton to run four hours 37-37 for 380th position out of more than 440.
