I AM writing this letter because the NHS seems to get constantly attacked in the press and on TV/radio.
I had to be admitted to Hereford Hospital last weekend as an emergency patient and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received. Firstly, the paramedics arrived promptly and both were caring and efficient. On arrival at Hereford Hospital I was seen immediately by two nurses and a doctor at A & E and tests were carried out without delay.
After diagnosis of my condition, I was admitted to Kermater Ward and the care I received there over the following two days was excellent.
All the staff were caring, considerate and respectful and I have nothing but praise for all of them and would like to say a special thank you to all involved for the care I received.
