ELGAR Housing Association has given £1,000 to an ailing charity.
The association has been working in partnership with the Worcester-based Mediation South Worcester-shire for several years to help solve disputes between residents.
The money will go to the running costs of the charity, between £25,000 and £30,000 a year.
MSW co-ordinator Ken Allcock said he was delighted with the donation but warned of an impending crisis for the charity.
"This time next year things are looking very rocky," he said.
The charity is applying for grants from charitable bodies and local authorities.
