HEREFORD United have wasted little time in setting up two glamorous friendlies at the start of next season -- both of which should attract big crowds.
Director of football Graham Turner's former club Wolves are to visit Edgar Street for the opening friendly on Monday, July 14, by which time the Molineux side could be members of the Premiership depending on their performance in the Division One play-offs, which start against Reading later today.
West Bromwich Albion, who have just been relegated back to Division One, are also earmarked to come to Hereford the following Monday, July 21.
The club has also announced a freeze on season ticket and matchday admission proces for next season, with a 10 per cent discount on all season tickets bought on or before May 31.
From the start of next season, gate admission prices will rise by £1 if United get into the top five in the Nationwide Conference.
Meanwhile, the Bulls are set to land the Conference's Fair Play trophy.
The end-of-season statistics just released by the Conference showed that they picked up 59 cautions and just three red cards during the season.
Another feather in Hereford's cap was that they were one of only two teams to prevent champions Yeovil Town from scoring in the Conference last season.
Yeovil scored exactly 100 goals as they won the title by a runaway 17 points, and their only blank sheets throughout the season were a goalless draw at Edgar Street back in September and a similar scoreline at home to Barnet.
The Bulls crashed 4-0 at Yeovil back in March -- a game which attracted the fifth highest Conference attendance of the season of 6,487.
Yeovil dominated the attendance charts with eight of the top nine crowds being at Huish Park and the other being their match at Doncaster.
