Sketchley Floaters will play Scaplehorns on the Goodrest and Rockets will play Poachers on the Herefordshire House in tonight's semi-finals of the Worcester & District Skittle League Knockout Cup.
Third division Sketchley Floaters comfortably beat first division Cradley Sports in the quarter-finals by 19 pins, winning the first four legs and not requiring the 10-pin handicap. Floaters' top scorer was Tony Newman (41).
Second division champions Scaplehorns came from behind to beat First Division Arbos by just the five-pin handicap. Scaplehorns finished with a 97 leg to leave Arbos 80 to win, but they could only score 74.
Rockets easily beat third division champions Robins by 30 pins.
In the all second division game Poachers just beat XS Pins by three pins with anchorman John Cooper scoring 11 to win.
