A Batchley man has been banned from driving for three years after admitting to drink driving.
Mark Roy Smith, aged 50, of Beech Tree Close, had 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Redditch Magistrates also fined him £200 with £100 costs and referred him to a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
