Four star
WITH a voice as powerful and distinctive as Whitney Houston, great lyrics and a good look to match, Kelly Price will go far.
With a mix of R&B tunes, soul and more upbeat numbers, Priceless has everything you could possibly want from an album.
Kelly has one of those voices which demands attention and is worthy of it too - it's smooth, classy and strong.
Most of the songs have been written by Kelly herself and her interlude at the beginning presents the remaining 17 tracks perfectly.
I loved Someday, I Still Do, Girlfriend, So Sweet, I Live Here Now and Sister featuring Faith Brown.
Having never really heard any of Kelly Price's work before I was unsure as to what to expect but I'm glad I gave this album a listen and will definitely be listening out for her music in the future.
With so many manufactured bands around at the moment, it's refreshing to hear a solo singer with so much talent.
