A SWIMMER from Cutnall Green has shown her potential in the sport by helping her team reach a prestigious national final.
Jessica Roach, aged 12, was part of a five-girl swimming team from Worcester's St Mary's Convent Preparatory School who were runners-up at the divisional finals of the Bazuka Primary Team Championships.
Jessica competed in the individual freestyle events and relay.
The girls fought off tough school competition from across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands at Bromsgrove's Dolphin Centre, in School Drive, on Wednesday, April 30 to reach the finals in Sheffield in June.
Also in the team were Katie Henderson, Imogen Whelan, Jenny Rollins and Lauren Hall-Annison.
