THREE female athletes from Bromsgrove and Redditch Athletic Club gave top performances at the Worcestershire AAA County Track and Field Championships last Saturday.
Jade Peak, Jenni Mole and Sarah Gerner were in fine form at the Alan Moreton Stadium in Stourport.
Thirteen-year-old Peak, a pupil at Waseley Hills High School, produced two fine runs in the U15s category, coming second in the 100 metres in 13.5 seconds and second in the 200m in 27.2secs.
Mole, competing in the U17s age group, recorded a time of 14.2secs in the 100m and followed that up with a gold medal personal best of 5.10m in the long jump.
Gerner, also in the U17s, ran the 100m in 15.2secs and took gold in her first ever triple jump competition, leaping 8.22m.
