FIREFIGHTERS helped ambulance crews tend to casualties after an accident involving three vehicles and a lorry carrying steel on the Alcester Highway.
Redditch fire station officer Mark Preece said nobody was trapped but people suffered whiplash, cuts and bruises in the crash on Tuesday, May 6.
And he warned that untrained people trying to help in such collisions could do more harm than good by pulling casualties out of cars.
