A food, flower and craft day will be held at the Ramada Hotel, Bewdley on Monday, from 11am.
The morning speaker will be Beryl Griffiths, on Flower Arranging, then at lunchtime visitors will be able to look around the flowers, crafts and food exhibits, which have already been judged.
In the afternoon Joyce Yates, from Billington's Sugar, will give a talk, followed by the prize-giving.
Delegates going to the annual meeting in the Royal Albert Hall, London, will be attending WI House on Tuesday at either 2pm or 7pm, to meet the WI advisers.
Tuesday is also the final day for applications for tickets to the Summer Evening of Music at Hartlebury Castle on Friday, June 20 at 7.30pm.
The venue for a Summer Sketching Day on Wednesday, May 28 is Broad House Farm, near Cutnall Green.
