BROADWAY Mill House has gone on the market for more than £2 million after a 14-month renovation period.
Estate agents Knight Frank are inviting offers between £2.25 and £2.45 million for the house, which lies on the road to Snowshill.
The first record of the building was in 1317 when there was a mill on the site but the 6-bedroom house now has under-floor heating, stone mullion windows, flagstone floors and a 2.6-acre garden.
