CHILDREN are ready to go wild this summer thanks to a £4,950 heritage lottery grant.
The Awards for All cash, applied for by Kidderminster Town Centre Partnership and Wyre Forest District Council, is to provide a wild west event in August.
Entertainment includes four days of workshops for six to 13-year-olds teaching dance, drama and costume making.
The grand finale will take place in Kidderminster's town centre streets on Saturday, August 16.
Activities arranged include street theatre with pantomime horses, a rodeo road show, line dancing and Red Indian face painting for children.
