In April 2001 the Friends of Bosbury School set up their first 100 Club and by the end of March 2003 they had returned £1,115 in prize money and the school has received a total of £1,133. There is no limit to the number of tickets available, so if you have any friends or neighbours who would like to join, please contact FOBS at the school. Tickets cost £12 each (£1 per month) and purchasing your ticket on a yearly basis eases the administration but tickets are always available to new members throughout the year.
Our village bell ringers continue to ring on a Wednesday evening between 7.30-9.30pm. Frank Seabright, captain of the bell tower, would be very pleased to welcome any new members. If you would like to learn to ring, or even just see what they do, please contact Frank on 640252.
The annual parish meeting takes place on Thursday at 8pm in the parish hall. A full copy of the agenda is posted on the notice board outside the village shop. The meeting is open to all residents.
