A PUBLIC exhibition and meeting into plans for a radical overhaul of roads in the Upton area has been called by Worcestershire County Council.

Plans to raise the A4104 at Upton and add a new junction to the M50 at Sledge Green will be on show at Upton Memorial Hall on Thursday, May 22, from 2pm, before a public meeting at 7.30pm. The exhibition will include the results of a traffic study on the M50 and the findings of a feasibility study for the A4104.

The plans and results will also be on show at Birtsmorton Court on Wednesday, May 21 from 2pm to 8pm.

County councillor Bob Bullock will chair the Upton meeting, in which county council transportation and road safety manager John Seddon will be answering questions.
