RE: The proposed move of doctors' surgeries. Against the economies of scale which would result if three practices operated from a single centre, should be weighed the disadvantage that a single centre would be within, say, easy walking distance of only about a third of the patients within the same distance of three scattered surgeries. The Roman Way site, being on the edge of open country, would be within range of even fewer.
Have not the Malvern Hills planners a duty to find suitable sites for such institutional use and, even with their lowly position in the league table, are they not capable of fulfilling this?
