PAUL Parry has won the Ray Mercer Trophy after another successful season for Hereford Untied.
The Bulls playmaker scored 12 times in 41 starts to edge out team-mate and last year's winner Tony James to take the prize with an average of 7.31.
Despite narrowly missing out on the Conference play offs both Parry and James have been selected for the Welsh semi-professional squad for the Four Nations tournament in two weeks time, which takes place in South Wales.
Worcester City duo Danny McDonnell and John Snape claimed third and fourth places respectively with average scores of 7.1 and 7.09.
McDonnell has already won the supporters' and players' player of the year awards at the St George's Lane club and a string of fine performances made him City's most consistent performer.
Snape was another influential performer and his untimely injury in the Tamworth win in January signalled the end of City's title challenge.
Striker Paul Danks led the charts for Bromsgrove Rovers who sacked their management duo of Gary Hackett and Jon Ford despite finishing third on their return to the Dr Martens Western Division.
Danks averaged 6.8 from 41 games, just ahead of defender Steve Pope on 6.63.
Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Danny Williams topped the Aggborough club's ratings with 6.68 ahead of Craig Hinton who averaged 6.38.
Nathan Jukes was Evesham United's most consistent performer with 6.7 from 51 games while Stourport Swifts captain Tim Nicholls squeezed out Simon Marsh with 6.64.
