JOHN Phillpott says (Phillpott File, Monday, May 12) that many councillors only appear in the Evening News for sounding off.
Doesn't Mr Phillpott "sound off" himself (and get paid for it) every Monday - just as I do, in smaller doses (without payment) practically every day?
It all helps the world go round.
