A 31-YEAR-old man has appeared in court charged with possession of an offensive weapon, affray and theft.
Timothy Tarbuck, of Langdale Drive, Warndon, did not enter a plea for the three charges, when he appeared before Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at a Homebase store in Blackpole, Worcester on Sunday, May 18.
Tarbuck was granted conditional bail providing he remained at his current address in Langdale Drive, and did not enter any retail premises within the Worcester city boundary.
His case was adjourned until Monday, July 14.
