POLICE have carried out a series of drug raids on houses in Alcester.
In the latest raid, four houses were targeted in the area of Ten Acres, Castle Road and Chapman Way yesterday morning after Alcester police acted on intelligence.
Two arrests were made for possession of controlled drugs.
Police said no one had been charged but a quantity of stolen goods was recovered and they were now trying to find the owners.
Alloy wheels, two televisions, a sander and heated rollers were all found by police.
This was the second raid on Alcester houses after the Stratford district proactive team and Stratford CID executed two search warrants on Thursday at houses in Castle Road and School Road.
Police seized an ounce of heroin with a street value of £3,000 at the Castle Road address and £7,000 worth of premium bonds in School Road.
A 32-year-old man has been charged with possession and intent to supply a class A drug and a 26-year-old man was released on police bail until June 27.
Anyone who thinks they own any of the goods is asked to call Alcester police on 01789 762207.
