THE winter loss of Colin Buckle and Gary Mills has left Stourport hunting for a new opening bowler four games into the Worcestershire League Division Two season.
The club are also looking for new players generally to strengthen their squad following a rain-hit start to the season which has left them bottom of the table.
Stourport firsts and seconds were both left disappointed at the weekend after their fixtures with Feckenham were abandoned without play due to the weather.
It was the third abandonment for the first team who must try to kick-start their season with up-coming Bank Holiday home fixtures against Malvern on Saturday and Hereford on Monday.
Anyone interested in joining Stourport can call Neil Wildgust on 07836 494579 for more information.
