RAIN prevented play on Saturday for Bewdley but the Sunday team drew in a friendly with Tividale.
Mark Venross and Gareth Lewis got Bewdley off to a bright start but their loss and Cyril Ramsey's run-out left Bewdley precariously placed at 71-3.
But Peter Mauger returned to form after a shaky start, hitting 45, and David Mills again held the innings together with 38 not out.
Bewdley declared on a respectable 188-7 with Tividale also beginning well in reply as D Stibbon batted strongly until he was caught off Simon Higgs, who bowled a hostile 2-12.
Ben Jones took 3-13, including one to a superb catch by Mark Hudson.
Bewdley 188-7, Tividale 122-6.
On Saturday, both games with Brockhampton were abandoned and the thirds' fixture at Barnards Green was also cancelled.
