CYCLISTS will be able to enjoy an easier ride through the Wyre Forest on a new cycle track.
The finishing touches are being made to the five-mile long track, part of the National Cycle Network.
Richard Boles, of the Forestry Commission, which is carrying out the work, said the first section of the trail should be open this summer.
It is part of "Route 45" running from Bridgenorth to Kidderminster and Stourport.
He added: "When people reach our bit of the track they'll really come alive. It's going to be a fantastic five-mile ride through some of Britain's most beautiful woodlands."
