DETAILED plans for new buildings and facilities costing £6 million at Malvern Hills Science Park are nearing completion.
Negotiations with Malvern Hills District Council are on-going and park manager Nigel Shaw said he hoped the blueprints would go before planners in July.
The expansion would create more office space for high-tech companies, although to win council approval the expansion must not hinder traffic flows
"It's really a compromise between providing high-value jobs and ensuring we don't cause a problem in terms of traffic," said Mr Shaw.
One of the proposed concessions to improving traffic is a £120,000 cycle path from the junction of Pickersleigh Road and Townsend Way to The Chase.
