With reference to a letter from J Kennedy (Your Letters, May 9) complaining that £2 was too much for visitors to pay for parking. It's a small price to pay to enjoy the wonders of the hills and to be able to park close enough so you don't have to walk! For less than the price of a gin and tonic you can park all day and explore Malvern's gift from nature and all the hills contain - a bargain, I think.
I have overheard many visitors stating the exact opposite and commending the very reasonable cost. The Conservators do a great job with a limited budget, so every little helps, including emptying the litter bins which are available if you can be bothered to look. Why not just take your litter away with you?
As for no toilets, I was always told to go before I left home!
