Champions
MALVERN Town Wanderers U14s remarkable season continued and saw them seal their fourth consecutive championship with an 8-1 victory win at Mickleton.
Zach Blood opened the scoring rifling home a Matt Hopwood corner. Shaun Carrey's excellent right flank run ended with a tidy finish from eight yards out for the second.
The second half saw the Wanderers attacking at every opportunity and Luke Arnold's predatory strike from Tom White's fine distribution made it number three.
Kris Denslow soon made his impression on the game with two goals in three minutes, one a header from a Zach Blood centre the second a crisp finish from distance. Zach Blood rose above the Mickleton defence to head home number six. Kris Denslow then claimed his hat- trick making no mistake from 12 yards out.
An excellent worked Mickleton move saw them snatch a goal back but Wanderers response was immediate as Zach Blood completed the scoring with the second hat-trick of the game.
Man of the match, sponsored by Malvern Tree and Garden Services, was Tom White.
SECOND-placed Mostyn visited Malvern Town Wanderers U14s for this midweek clash. Only 11 minutes were on the clock when a Matt Bayer pinpoint free kick picked out Luke Arnold, who headed home in some fashion.
The second half early stages were very tight until the pacy Tom White outstripped the Mostyn defence to squeeze the ball home from six yards from Bruce Rogers excellent through ball. The score was complete on 67 minutes with Craig Richards picking out Luke Arnold who picked out the top corner.
Man of the match, sponsored by Malvern Tree and Garden Services, was Bruce Rogers.

NEWTOWN SPORTS COLTS U12s 2,
NEWTOWN SPORTS JUNIORS 2
NEWTOWN Sports Colts played Newtown Sports Juniors in another tremendous game of football.
The Colts took an early lead when Twinberrow slotted home from close range following good work from Allison. Allison chased what seemed a lost cause, battled to win the ball and set-up Twinberrow who couldn't miss. The Juniors responded in what turned out to be a very open game. Johnson in the Colts goal, didn't have his kicking boots on and the Colts found it difficult to clear their lines from the Juniors' pressure. However, the Colts' defence of Roskams, Crane, Scullion and Elmes stood up well to the test. The Colts' midfield of Powell, Caffull, Gath and Edwards had their hands full but when the did get possession they fed the partnership of Twinberrow and Allison, who always looked a threat on the break.
At half-time, Jake Buckle came on for the Colts who now had the advantage of the slight slope. The Juniors came out at the Colts, but the Colts always looked dangerous going forward. Indeed it was the Colts who grabbed a second when Allison ran from the half-way line and showed great strength and composure to finish coolly and beat Spicer in the Juniors goal. The Juniors threw everyone forward but couldn't find the break they needed. Buckle had a chance of wrapping the game up for the Colts but his effort went just wide. As the time ticked down, the Juniors created a grandstand finish when Gittens headed in, unchallenged, from a corner. The Juniors threw everyone forward and played some terrific football, and with five minutes to go grabbed an equaliser. The Colts failed to clear an innocuous ball in to the box and the resulting shot was parried by Johnson in to the path of Preece who put the ball into the far corner. The Juniors nearly scored a dramatic winner but an injury to Johnson meant the game had to be stopped.
At the final whistle the honours were shared in a pulsating game from which both teams can take a lot of credit for the skill and passion they showed.

NEWTOWN SPORTS COLTS U12s 6, LYPPARD RANGERS BOYS 1
WITH their pitch out of commission, Newtown Sports Colts had to travel to Lyppard to play their penultimate league 'home' fixture of the season.
On a blustery day, the Colts started tentatively as the midfield of Powell, Gath, Caffull, Milward and Jaye looked to grab a hold of the game. The defence of Crane, Scullion and Elmes prevented Lyppard from creating any real chances before the Colts took the lead which settled them. In a repeat of an earlier move, Allison broke through the middle of the Lyppard defence and this time rounded the keeper to open the score sheet. Twinberrow doubled the lead when, following good work by Powell and Caffull, he finished with aplomb from within the area. Crane added a third, and perhaps the best goal, when he rose and powerfully headed in Powell's corner. Lyppard grabbed a goal back shortly before half-time when a powerfully struck free-kick was forced onto the bar by Johnson, but the Lyppard player was quicker to react and bundled the ball home.
Hale, Buckle, Roskams and Edwards came on for the Colts at half-time. With so many new players, the Colts took their time to settle but soon increased their lead. Hale scored with a terrific shot from the edge of the area and Buckle finished coolly just as it looked as he was being crowded out.
Elmes rounded off the scoring to notch his first of the season when he too finished coolly after good work by Edwards. Jaye had a chance of opening his account for the season but blasted wide.
This was a competent performance by the Colts who are sponsored by Alan Gath Enterprises, who can secure runners-up spot if they win their final game.
