LAST year I wrote about the vandalism of my father's grave but because of a pending court case at the time my letter could not be published.
Unfortunately, I have to bring to the attention of your readers who have loved ones buried at the cemetery at Pickersleigh Road, Malvern, that the problem of graves being robbed of pots and flowers is still happening.
We laid my father to rest in January 2001 and his tributes have been taken at least five times. The last lot makes it the fourth time from January to last week.
Crows are not to blame, as they are not strong enough to lift pots, which are secured by wire.
The upset caused to my mother and the rest of my family is unmeasurable, especially as we have to explain to children aged between three and 12 that someone has stolen their flowers yet again.
My mother reports every robbery to the office at the cemetery and I hope others will also ring them, then maybe something can be done to the people who are doing this.
I hope your grandparents' graves are not being treated in the same way but as you are so heartless maybe you wouldn't care if they were.
