A SHOWCASE event to market QinetiQ's crime-busting technology takes place next month.
The firm is offering expertise developed to defend Britain's national security to businesses keen to protect their own interests.
It has already identified applications for its wares in health, financial services, transports, the public sector, telecommunications, the media and electronics. A vast array of security devices using technologies like thermal imaging and facial recognition will be on display at the event at Malvern Technology Centre on June 11. Delegates will also get the chance to pick the brains of some of the country's leading experts.
The event is free to businesses and is being hosted by QinetiQ and the Defence Diversification Agency. It runs from 9.30am to 1.45pm with presentations followed by demonstrations and exhibitions over lunch.
Places must be reserved by faxing Anne Norman on 01980 614518 or by emailing alnorman @dda.gov.uk.
