ROMAN Polanski's acclaimed film The Pianist (15) is showing at Malvern Cinema.
Adrien Brody stars as musician Wadislaw Szpilman struggling to survive in the Warsaw Ghetto. The Pianist will be screened at 3pm and 7.30pm, from today (Friday), until Sunday.
Oscar and BAFTA nominee Adaptation (15) will be shown for the rest of the week, at 7.30pm, Thursday matinee 3pm. Nicolas Cage stars as screenwriter Charlie Kaufman - and his twin brother - adapting a book for the cinema.
Adaptation is directed by Spike Jonze, who also made Being John Malkovitch.
For half term, The Little Polar Bear (U) is showing at 12.30pm daily (except Sunday), from tomorrow (Saturday) until next the following Saturday. Based on the popular books by Hans de Beer, it tells the story of bear cub Lars and his adventures with his seal friend Robbie.
