JOHN Snape is out of Worcester City's crunch clash at second-placed Stafford Rangers at the weekend.
The midfielder is still struggling with knee ligament damage picked up in the 2-1 win at Tamworth.
It is a blow to the ex-Hereford United player who had been hoping to line up against his former Bulls' team-mate Phil Robinson who is now in charge at Marston Road.
"I'm struggling for Stafford because I'm having trouble striking the ball and block tackling at the moment," said Snape. "Until the knee is right I don't want to risk it. There's no point in coming back for one game and then being out again.
"I would like to think I was possibly two weeks away but that's if it goes really well."
Worcester's academy side are in action in the PASE Cup quarter-finals against Cambridge City tomorrow at St George's Lane (1.45).
Liam McDonald and Richard Tomkins, who featured for a national PASE side against England U18s at Lilleshall at the weekend which ended 2-2, will be included in the City side.
