THEY'RE getting in tune at the West Midlands Safari Park near Bewdley for their first ever open air evening concert to celebrate their 30th Birthday.
Symphony on Safari is planned for Sunday, June 8, with the music being performed live in the grounds of the Safari Park by the Wyre Forest Symphony Orchestra.
This musical extravaganza will include popular classics, film music and the Proms. The finale will include the ever popular Jerusalem, Rule Britannia, and others, with lots of lively audience participation, culminating in a dramatic firework display to light up the evening sky.
The concert is being held for charity, with the proceeds going to the Acorns Trust - three counties appeal.
Tickets are now on sale: by post; in person from Safari Park Reception or via the website and cost £14.00 each for adults and £5.00 ach for children aged 16 and under.
