PATIENTS attending the accident and emergency department at the Alexandra Hospital are being seen quicker than ever, according to new figures.
Last year, 80 per cent of patients were treated at A&E within the Health Department's target of four hours.
This year, that figure rose to 96 per cent - six per cent above the department's target.
Redditch MP Jacqui Smith congratulated staff, saying the hospital had moved forward since last year.
