WORCESTER City Council has received 200 letters of objection to Tesco's new plans for Christopher Whitehead High School.
This represents an increase of 150 per cent over the 80 objections to the previous plans, which were withdrawn last October.
The huge increase in objections came immediately after Tesco's exhibition in St John's in February.
Tesco have had nothing to report from the exhibition - they clearly failed to meet a single resident who had anything positive to say, or they would no doubt have spun it to the Press.
