There was a smaller than usual attendance at the meeting held on May 13 but those who braved the rain were rewarded with a most enjoyable evening's entertainment.
Each member had brought a box of foliage and flowers; the boxes were pooled and randomly distributed for the recipients to then assemble their own arrangement. The arrangement most liked by the members was Lesley Venezis, followed by Gladys Lewis's and Sue Pugh's presentation. Flower of the Month was Mabel Tansells's dicentra.
Our garden meeting on Tuesday, June 10, will be in Lorna Hill's garden in Buntsford Hill starting at 7pm.
