STUDLEY suffered mixed fortunes over Bank Holiday weekend to leave them rooted in the bottom half of the Division Two East table after five fixtures.
A three wicket win over fourth placed Blossomfield on Saturday was followed by a six wicket reverse to third placed Attock on Monday.
Brandon Miller's team have had a tough start after coming so close to promotion last season and will be hoping to start to climb the table at fifth placed Moseley Ashfield on Saturday (1pm start).
Studley picked up just one league point after being bowled for 116 against Attock and saw their rivals knock them off for four.
The result contrasted with Saturday when the Washford Fields side recorded 108 for seven before bowling their opponents just one run short of the target in a nailbiting finish.
Studley's opponents in the Birmingham League Knockout are undecided because of rain last week.
First Division Leamington host Premier Division Coventry and North Warwickshire tonight (Wednesday) after the match was switched from Coventry.
Studley are at home in Round Two.
