EVESHAM Wheeler Ben Stockdale had another successful day's racing on Sunday.

Competing at East Park, Wolv-erhampton he won the Under-14 race to secure the British Sch-ools Regional Championships in his age group.

Meanwhile, brother Tom scored a creditable fifth place in the Under-12 race at the Midlands Division event.

Sunday's club run saw 14 members travel to the Malvern Hills in much better weather than of late.

Dave Purser led the A group through Pinvin, Drakes Brou-ghton, Earls Croome and Upton before climbing the Wyche Cutting to the Kettle Sings cafe on the west side of the Hills.

John Webster led the touring paced through Emley Castle, the Combertons and Upton to reach the same destination.

Both groups returned via Strencham and Defford with 60 miles covered.
