A BLIND woman on her own has been indecently assaulted in the centre of Hereford.
The victim was walking in St Owen Street when she was approached by an unknown man, aged around 40, who had a deep voice.
He put his arm round her, put his hand into her T-shirt and assaulted her.
He then kissed the woman, who is registered as blind, on the cheek before walking away.
The incident took place at 10.45am on Tuesday, May 20.
A police spokeswoman appealed for anyone who may have been in the area at the time and who saw anything to come forward.
