WORCESTER Wanderers have been given a trip to Birmingham to play Bourn-ville in the preliminary round of the North Midlands Shield on Sunday, November 4.
The Shield has been introduced as a second-tier competition to the North Midlands Cup restricted to the county's most junior clubs.
The preliminary round will also see Upton-on-Severn entertain Harborne and Greyhound host Kings Norton.
The first round proper is scheduled for November 25 and Worcester Wanderers will again have to travel to Bishops Castle if they overcome Bournville. The winners of the Greyhound v Kings Norton game will travel to Birmingham Civil Service with Upton on Severn or Harborne entertaining Yardley & District.

First round draw: Stourbridge Loins or Oldd Shrewsbury v Kynoch or Market Drayton, Solihull v Droitwich, Bishops Castle v Bournville or Worcester Wanderers, Warley v Bromyard, Upton on Severn or Harbourne v Yardley & District, Tenbury v Old Griffinians, Chaddesley Corbett v Dudley Wasps, Vesey-ans v Cleobury Mortimer, Pershore v Redditch, Al-dridge v Clee Hill, Erdington v Ledbury, Five Ways OE v Bredon Star, Stourport v Ludlow or Woodrush, Old Salt-leians v Oswestry, Birmingham Civil Service v Greyhound or Kings Norton, Edwardians v Birchfield.
