Members voted at the May meeting on the resolutions for the annual meeting in London.
Arrangements for the August outing, a riverboat trip from Stourport to Worcester (weather permitting) were discussed.
The group has been invited to join the Friendship Club on a day trip to Weston-super-Mare next month.
Several members saw Jenny Vanderhook take part in My Fair Lady, with Tenbury Operatic Society.
The May speaker was Gill Pugh, on Applique. She showed members a range of articles, from quilts and wall-hangings to pictures and cushion covers, depicting flowers, cats and dragons, and a rabbit in a hat.
More sewing was on display for the competition, which was won by Anjie Gregory's framed sampler.
On June 10 members will hear The Story of Clocks.
The meeting, at Cleobury Parish Hall, starts at 7.30pm.
